Seeking a Real Estate Flipper Mentor
I've been wanting to invest more in real estate. I already have 1 rental, but I'd like to try the flipping side of things. But I'm apprehensive about trying flipping on my own, since it has a lot more variables than rentals. If anyone out there is a seasoned veteran flipper and willing to share their knowledge and experience, I'd be willing to work for free in exchange.
