Good afternoon,
I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has utilized these funding sources in regard to their real estate investing. If so, did you find the experience beneficial/productive? Looks like you can get a personal loan up to $100k from either/both of them. Rates don't look bad for an unsecured loan and a chance to grab some capital and make some moves.
