Home Warranty

Hi BP,

Is it worth that to purchase a home warranty for your rental income property? I have 2 rental single family homes.

Most plans are from $440 a year with a $75 deductible. These warranties don't cover everything and have repair amount limits as well.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
