First Post: Looking for advice on getting business as direct lender for investors

Hello Bigger Pockets,

Though I am not new to the real estate industry, I am new to lending. I recently started working for Park Place Finance, a nationwide direct hard money lender, and my big question is what is the best way to find borrowers who need loans. I've been making outbound calls and wanted to know if there was anything else I could be doing to increase my traction.
