Anyone great at DIY skiptracing?

Question

Hi - I'm trying to figure out DIY skip tracing to find owner name and phone of commercial properties.  I only have the property address to start with.

Out of 100 addresses, I can only find about 70% of the owner phone contacts.  I'm wondering what other BETTER platforms you use to track down these contacts.

This is what I've been using:

(1) opencorporates.com

(2) https://www.fastpeoplesearch.com/

(3) tax assessor by state

@Kate Lee there are definately times when you have to get creative in finding some of these sellers.    One of the sites is Fiverr.  It has worked wonders for me in finding difficult owners.    Also, try Upwork.com.  truepeoplesearch, works from time to time.  With Some of these owners the best way to find/contact them is direct mail.    Another trick i use when these owners don't answer the phone by call or by text is to try typing the owners name into Facebook.   I refer to this as "Facebook skip tracing"  it has worked for me from time to time.    Continued success to you.

@Gerald Harris   Awesome ideas.  Also just plain google search if their name is somewhat unique.  Linked in search as well.

@Kate Lee   your 3 are probably the best.  I've found a few lately with nuwber that supplement the ones you are currently using.

More for residential than for commercial I think are some of the database/CRM providers like Mojo and Deal Machine.
