ADU contractor or Pre-fabricated house

Hi guys,

I am based in miami. My primary residence sits on a big lot, where I can fit an ADU or pre-fabricated home. I was wondering if any of you guys has had any experience with building an ADU, or buying a pre-fabricated house. I know this last has become very popular. Any insight it is much appreciated.
