Metairie / Fat City
Hi , I am from out of town and not so familiar with Metairie. I was looking in the Fat City area and was wondering if this would be an ok area for an investment property. I am looking to purchase a condo and rent it out. I k ow there are better areas but I was wondering if this neighborhood is ok or would I have a hard time getting renters. Any help is appreciated.
