3/2 or 2/2 for our new build long term rental duplex?
First time poster, so be sweet :). I'm partnering with a builder to build a new construction duplex, to be long term rentals. Can someone point me to a book/blog post/podcast/or their own experience that would help me understand if it's better to build two 3/2's or two 2/2's? A bit cheaper to build smaller, but is it worth it to go bigger, longterm? Thanks!
