Hey everybody!!   how’s everyone doing? It’s my first post on bigger pockets I’m in the process of reading books and getting information from podcast YouTube  and etc and my partner is in real estate class now ….

But I would like like a key guide or way/tips on how you all run numbers/or practice  on properties?

For cashflow, roi, and any other numbers I should think sbout
