Issue with Title Company underwriter
Hi friends,
Has anyone encountered an issue with a cashout refinance DSCR loan with the title company underwriter? Im refinancing under my LLC ( with no intention of homesteading on this investment property ) My file was denied because i do not currently own a primary residence. Is this a company issue or new state law?
