what’s good bigger pockets fam ! My name is Ez from Arizona and I’m looking to invest in the Cleveland area as well as the mid west area . It’s my first time investing and I’m looking for multifamily housing , if you know any leads that can help a grist timer let me know  !!!

Hey Ez! Glad to hear you're interested in investing in the Midwest, specifically Cleveland. With lower entry points and high cash flow, it's a wise choice. I recommend you to develop your Core 4 like David Green’s mentioned in his long-distance investing strategy (realtor, contractor, property manager, and lender), you should be able to invest anywhere with confidence. I invest in Columbus, Cleveland, and Dayton, so let me know if you need some insights about these markets.
