Expanding the portfolio through a manager ?
Hi all , just after some advice to grow the portfolio that I currently have .
there are 14 BTLs and some money in the bank to buy a few more . Is there a portfolio manager or analyst or similar ? Who can go over the portfolio with a comb and look at rental increases mr and mortgage and equity and basically look at different options to grow the portfolio more ?
I'm not after a property manager to take care of rent etc more someone to look at the projected future in 1-5years
