Real Estate Mentor - DFW area
Hey guys! I'm looking to link up/work with a seasoned real estate investor in the DFW area. I would not consider myself a complete newbie when it comes to real estate. I have a rental property and have invested in new construction and done rehabs but I know there is still so much for me to learn in the space. Especially when it comes to creative finance strategies, doing SubTos, Lease Options, Wraps, Foreclosures, Wholesaling, etc. The past year I have been doing a lot of reading and watching videos from top performers in the space, basically trying to educate myself as much as possible in real estate and investment strategies. I have a full-time job, my focus being project management for the past 8 years. I make time for my real estate endeavors during the week as well as weekends. I have a very strong work ethic and I'm eager to learn and grow in this space. I am passionate about real estate and would love to have the opportunity to learn from someone while at the same time provide value and make meaningful relationships. I am not looking for any sort of payment, just trying to gain knowledge and hopefully help someone who may be looking for a driven individual with a great attitude. Thank you!!
