DSCR lender on larger multifamily property
Hi! I am a real estate investor with properties in NC, SC, and now expanding into GA. Does anyone have any recommendations or experience with a lender that will fund a multifamily 10+ unit deal? Alot of the HML or DSCR programs are capped at 9 -10 units on a multifamily property and I'd love to find one that has a DSCR product on a larger multifamily. The seller is offering a seller financing option that is not attractive at all, so I am hoping to find a lender before resorting to the least favorable option. Thank you in advance!
