Knowledge and Relationships
I am a real estate investor from Tennessee, Knoxville ad Oak Ridge area, looking for education on how to get funding, build my buyers/sellers lists, and do rehabs/flips or wholesale. I also want to build relationships with other real estate investors around the country and in my area. Anything you can share will be greatly appreciated. I have been doing rentals for about 15 years and have decided to make this a full time career very soon. I have also done a couple of flips in the past.
