Under contract on a few rental properties and shopping for a lender! In your opinion, what are some of the best Lenders with the most competitive DSCR rates? Thanks!

Hey Rahma,

Most are sitting at about 7.5% right now with variance based on FICO, region, loan amount, the DSCR itself, and even your experience.

For most straightforward buy-and-holds, assuming they are around 150k each and a 720 FICO, I would anticipate mid-7s right now pretty consistently.
