Believe it or not, how you live your life according to the importance of the 5 currencies will dictate your success...no matter how you define success. Humor me and share how you rank these currencies in order of importance. Next, check yourself...are you living your life the way you have ranked them? Congruency between values and action is crucial if you truly want to live a life by design!

As promised, I am back to share how someone should rank the 5 currencies shared last week. You will be amazed on how much more you will accomplish and accelerate any of your life’s goal when you line up your actions according to the importance or rank of these 5 currencies.  Currency by definition is a medium of exchange.⌛Time – is the most finite of currencies, it is absolute and once it is gone you cannot get it back. Never will more time be created. Most people sell their time for money, i.e. a job (W-2). One way you can create time is by paying someone for theirs.📖 Knowledge – You can gain knowledge a variety of ways. Take a class, by gaining experience taking action or from someone else's experience (a coach or mentor). I firmly believe once you learn it, it is quite hard to lose it. In fact, we operate on auto pilot and due to our ability to automate so many learned functions. Therefore, you always have what you gained.🚻 Relationships – your net worth is directly related to your network. If you want to make 6 figures, then hang out with people who make multiple 6 figures. If you are the smartest or wealthiest person you know, I am sorry to say, you have likely peaked in life.  If you want to learn how to Invest in Real Estate, then hang out with people who are doing it. You will be able to leverage their knowledge and resources…ultimately saving your time.💳 Credit – Leveraging credit is great and good way to go farther faster. There are so many ways to acquire money quickly other than working and saving. This is why it sits right above the last and least important currency….💰 Money…many will not have money first but would bet this currency they certainly prioritize it over the other 4 currencies. The U.S. prints money on the regular and if you lose it you can always get it back. For many money is the drug that costs them time, knowledge and relationships.A wealthy and healthy mindset will often use money to gain more time, whereas a poor mindset sells their time and usually for far less than it is worth. Many people often tell me they do not pay for education and they can find it on Youtube university. Time is a currency and they are trading the most valuable one to save the least. The human mind is the original supercomputer and extremely powerful, so feed it! Warren Buffet says the best investment you can make is in yourself! Why compete with others and not share secrets when collaboration can accelerate progress. One of the best things about Real Estate is the ability to leverage your equity through lines of credit to gain more Real Estate.  Wealthy people ask how much will this pay me, whereas a poor mindset asks how much will this cost. Once you align your actions according to this ranking you will change the outcome of your life.
