Creating a business plan for investors.
Hello Everyone!
A friend and I, plan to start investing in small family real-estate. We have contracts with a few investors with deep pockets. These investors are asking me for a business plan that would include: returns, percentages, equity stakes and more. I've never owned a business before and this is my first time trying to get into REI. Any help, sources, books, ideas, would be of great value to me.
