Best zipcode in memphis with appreciation

i am an out of state investor. Please let me know the best zipcode to invest in for good appreciation of the property at the moment in Memphis. 
i recently bought one in 38127 and looking into buying more in memphis but unclear on the latest market shifts from a appreciation standpoint and good rental income..
