Economic growth in Louisville?

Kentucky looks like a great market to invest.

But i dont see a lot of economic growth there. 

Does the government invests in cities?

Any corporation (IMB, Google, Automotive or etc) building anything in Louisville?

Louisville is built on logistics and tourism. There’s a lot of development in both!
