1st Purchase- FHA- Vida (San Antonio, Tx)

Any thoughts on Vida for long term appreciation? Looking at purchasing my first property (FHA) there with Lennar and renting it out after a year and then acquiring another primary. Kind of an interesting neighborhood with Perry and Highland building in the same section. My only hesitation is the quality of the Lennar build.

I believe in San Antonio as a whole for long term appreciation but Vida specifically depends on specifics of the home. Is this Lennar home similar to the homes in the neighborhood built by Highland and Perry which have better reputations but Lennar is usually for first time home owners because of affordability. If you send me some more information specific to address I can pull the numbers to help you know more. Also good luck and if I can be of more help let me know.
