Renting to Assisted living company
Hi, I was recently reached out by someone who wants to rent my 3 br 1.5 bath and use it as a assisted living facility for adults. I am not familiar with this. I would like to know what are the pros and the cons, what questions should I be asking and what do I need to look for if we make an agreement. The house is on the market for 1650. They are offering 2k a month and 2500 when fully occupied. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
