Investing in the Bahamas.
Hello. Are there any international hard money lenders? There are large numbers of opportunities in the Bahamas and very limited access to lenders. I am a former Banker from the Bahamas and former Realtor. I currently work as a Relationship Manager in Canada but I've been considering moving back and establishing the real estate investment portfolio that I've always dreamed of. Can anyone connect with a possible lender?
