Hello!

I am a mortgage broker looking to help the BP community. I have access to endless information that I would like to share with you. What are the main lending struggles and/or questions you have? Are there products you would like to know more about? Do you have a hypothetical deal that you want to know if it works? Let's find out!

Keep in mind I focus mainly on residential lending.  I do have contacts in commercial lending but that's not my forte.
