Anyone invest in CT and know which markets in CT to look into and which to avoid? Any kind of help is much appreciated.

Hi Alex - agreed with Jonathan’s response! It really depends on what you’re looking for. Questions you need to ask yourself are: Do you prefer higher cash flows or less headaches? Budget will be a big determining factor as well. Theres a lot of great markets in CT. 

I know the CT markets well and currently own property in Hartford, Middlesex, and Fairfield county. Let me know if I can be a resource for you!
