Lender for a “CondoTel”

Does anyone have recommendations for a lender for a CondoTel?  I’m looking to buy a property in a ski town and it is considered a CondoTel and thus does not qualify for traditional financing.  Obviously looking for the lowest interest rate possible!  Thanks in advance!!
