Investors!

If your "investor friendly" real estate agent isn't providing you with a menu of services or commission packages, ask for it. A broker charging you 6% shouldn't be doing the same service as a broker charging you 5% or 4%. 

Just a friendly reminder that commissions are not set and can be negotiated.
