HELOC vs commercial line of credit
Hey everyone, I've been calling around to banks trying to find someone that offers a HELOC on an investment property. I have found a bank that will offer a HELOC with an LTV of 75%. I've spoken with another bank that will offer a Commercial Line of Credit on my investment property with an LTV of 80%. What's everyone's thoughts on HELOC's vs Commercial Lines of Credit?
