Hello I am new to all of this. I am 45 years old and only own one place. The only real money I have is equity. Can anyone here help me get started? I would like to get into STR and MTR, maybe flipping. I am somewhat disabled however I still work. I would like to gain enough passive income to stop "working". Any advice is greatly appreciated.
