Multi home farm rental

Hi all,

Has anyone had experience renting out a Farm? We recently purchased a farm with 15 acres of land and 3 houses. 
House 1: 2000 square feet, 4 bed 2 bath.

House 2: 2000 square feet 2 bed 2 bath mother inlaw suite.

House 3: 2000 square feet 3 bed 2 bath mobile home on a 1.6-acre lot.

Location is Royse City TX 75189

I am not able to set a correct monthly rent for this property, need advice from experts. Please let me know
