Why should I? Mobile Home Dilemma

I currently own one Doublewide Home that sits on three acres. It has been a solid long time rental.

In one week I have been offered two singlewide homes for additional investment properties for only $6500 out of pocket cash. Both would need to be moved from current properties.

If given the same opportunity, what would you do, and what steps would you take to make it happen?

It really depends on what your goals are. Were you looking to acquire more homes for that specific property? Is that property zoned to add more? Or did these kind of fall into your lap? If the lap, you might just be acquiring to acquire and it could be a headache to move and get going again. The deal sounds fine overall as long as they are in good shape and you can move and rent them on your existing land, but do you want more mobile homes?
