Programs for first time homebuyers
Hello BiggerPockets Community!
I am curious as to if anyone is aware of any first time home buyers programs for buying the first Primary Residence.
I would have a house already but that is used as rental and I bought it using private lenders. Would I still be able to qualify for this?

No first-time homebuyers programs will work for rentals. The premise of those opportunities are based on you living there for an extended amount of time.
