Fellow BPers, Does anyone use/rely on totalviewrealestate.com for good comps and home values? Can the values here be trusted or is it as unreliable as Zillow, Trulia, etc.?

Like any other source of information, my best advice is to weigh it against multiple other source and your own due diligence. Sure, online a property could be listed as being worth 100,000 , buuuuuuut every other house just like it in a ten mile radius has only sold for around 40,000. Consider that and any other source like it as a starting point for your own research. When it doubt, nothing beats an actual appraisal.

your not going to find many friends of the site you spoke or their program on here but i know what you are talking about i will just say this its ok. you will want to be using several sites to determine your numbers and prices of sold homes will tell you more than anything! Good Luck!
