Thinking of a career change

James Sills
Posted

I am looking at changing careers as soon as possible to something that can help my real estate investing aspirations. Would it be a good idea to get a real estate license and work in real estate or are there other options to get in Missouri to get real estate experience without a license?

Being an agent will take time to replace your income, 1-2 years. Most fields in the real estate world will unless you are an employee to a business. Would it be easier to do a career change outside of real estate and then be a part time agent on the side? Or you might have to suck it up at that job and do real estate part time till it takes off
