Real Estate Side Hustle Ideas

Hello! 

Does anyone have any ideas for some investing related side work or know of any investors that need some remote help with their business? My wife and I have one rental unit and are trying to move toward our next property, but still are trying to learn more and find additional ways to make some side income to speed the process. I know becoming a part time agent is one way, but where we live in south Florida seems to be overfilled with agents and I don't think its a great fit for us right now. If there were any type of remote assistant role in helping someone with their business, while also learning we would love to hear more. Life is busy with regular work and a few kids, so just looking for any way to maximize our time where we can! Thank you for any input.
