Hi BiggerPockets Community! My name is Carolina "Cam" Campbell. I am looking for any guidance with a new venture I'd like to do which is group homes. My vision for CountOnCam LLC is to be a company that would like to provide a shared housing experience for women and children, immigrants, and low income families. While also being a hub for other organizations and resources that could be of use to those demographics. I started this company because I want to be a source for people and be that stepping stone for people who want a better life. Now more than ever, there's a need to be compassionate towards others. To help those people in crisis that's causing a severe strain in our system and community.

A little about myself, I started my career as a REALTOR about four years ago. I wanted to be able to help educate people, especially the underserved community, about real estate, whether buying, selling, and assisting with the process of foreclosures and short sales. Although I could see success, I still felt I needed to provide a service in a bigger way and that's how CountOnCam LLC came to fruition. If I can help families learn about the system, to help thrive in America and be conscious to hopefully help the next group of people. America would be unstoppable.

   Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I want to be a source for these families and help build their resources to become successful.
