Pet Deposit and REnt

What is a reasonable Pet Deposit and Pet Rent for a well trained dog of 50Lbs in San Diego? The Rent for house is approximately 3K.

I tried looking at other advertisements but they only specify extra but donot give any amount.

Any suggestions on where to look for? Or if you are familiar with the market, what would you suggest?

Thank you in advance,

Hey Gash! My input would be similar to Dan. I'm in Texas and we do something like a $300 NR fee and a lot of owners choose to do a range of $25-$35/mo per pet. Some charge more though.
