Best - Commercial Multifamily Community?

Hello -

My business Partner and I are entertaining joining a community for multifamily investing. We own collectively over 40 SFH and have also ventured in the transactional lending space doing Earnest Deposit Lending, Double Close Lending and Morby Method Lending.
We've done some due diligence and it seems that Jake &Gino and Michael Blank are 2 potential candidates of good communities for Multifamily
Is anybody in those communities and can give some insights about them: The Good & the Bad?

Thank you!

Jonathan, just a heads up, there are quite a few groups out there that host events mainly to push bad or overpriced deals, especially to newer investors. The Miami market is super competitive, and you’ll definitely start to see that as you get more involved.

That said, there are some great events worth checking out. A few of the ones organized by the Miami Chamber of Commerce are actually very solid, and there are also a couple good ones in the Fort Lauderdale area. Happy to DM you a few I’ve personally found valuable.
