International housing investment
Has anyone invested in property in Costa Rica that can give me some feedback. Process, costs, upfront taxes/fees. I’m interested in possibly investing but haven’t decided yet. I’ve heard that the property values have really gone up since so many expats are moving there now. I’m retired and thinking about retiring there.
