Everyone knows housing values have increased significantly since the crash, but what about before then? 

At least here in Reno, it's been about 4.33% annually on average since 1990. 

I'm curious, what have you seen in your market over the last 30+ years?

Colorado Q10'80 -Q1-'20 = 4.55% , would certainly be much higher if I include the COVID years data. Although I don't consider that normal.
