New to Real Estate Investing
I’m brand new to real estate investing and excited to finally take the first step toward getting involved. I’ve been doing a lot of reading and listening to podcasts, but now I’m ready to take action and work on my first deal.
That said, I know I still have a lot to learn — and I’d love to connect with someone experienced who might be open to mentoring or coaching me through the process. Whether it’s shadowing a deal, helping with analysis, or just pointing me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate any guidance.
I’m especially interested in being a land lord, but I’m keeping an open mind and am eager to learn from real-world experience. If you’re open to sharing your knowledge or have any advice for someone just getting started, I’d love to hear from you!
