Virtual Staging for rent properties

Tom Thomson
Posted

Wondering if anyone has used virtual staging when placing rentals on the market via Zillow.   I see this a lot on homes for sale, and I think this would be a great thing on the for-rent side as well.   Anyone have any recomendations on how to go about doing this?

Absolutely, virtual staging isn’t just for home sales. It works great for rentals too, since most renters scroll quickly and make snap decisions based on photos. Empty units often get ignored, but virtually staged images help people imagine living there, how their stuff might fit, how cozy it could feel, and if it suits their lifestyle.

I recommend checking out virtualstagepro.io, it’s what we use to create furnished photos for our rental listings. Every time we use it, we get way more DMs. A lot of landlords don't know about this and assume no one wants their place, but in a crowded market, you need a way to stand out; and you’re thinking in the right direction.
