Does anyone have suggestions for insurance companies that cover residential investment properties with good coverage and good rates? My properties are in Akron and Cleveland Ohio. Thank you in advance.

    I assume Allstate does business there. They treat me right in Vegas. The average $400-$500k property with $500k liability (umbrella requires high coverage.) Runs about $800-$1,000 a year. Though that is up almost 50% from 5-6 years ago.
