New Investor Looking for Advice for Significant Other
Hey everyone! My name is Reilly and I am a potential new Real Estate investor. I've been reading and listening to everything BP over the past few months and I am absolutely locked in on starting my real estate journey soon. I believe I am as prepared as I can be regarding real estate and want to start off with a House Hack. The only issue with it, is that my significant other isn't 100% sold on it. She would not be living with me, but would obviously spend a lot of time there and is nervous about me purchasing a duplex, as she thinks doing this would impact us buying a single family home together in about 2 years (after crunching the number 10+ times, I know it wouldn't). So my question is, do you have any recommendations for BP Podcast Episodes or Article to share with her to make it her comfortable with the process? Any help is greatly appreciated!
