I’ve been diving deeper into the note investing space, specifically around buying and selling both performing and non-performing notes. I’m curious — who here is actively involved in note brokering or note investing?

I'm not selling anything — just looking to connect, exchange insights, and maybe learn how others are approaching sourcing or disposing of notes in today's market. Also curious what strategies you're finding most effective — seller-financed, institutional, seconds, etc.?
