Range.com - Has anyone used them?

Hi - I'm deeply in the process of finding the right CPA fit, spent the last 2 weeks meeting and interviewing CPAs. Found 2 I liked - seemed like they are all knowledgeable in the RE area, with one who looks at tax planning holistically (Roth conversions / RE Tax strategies etc.). Most fee structures are similar, with some charging flat fees and one of my choices charging a combo of flat fee + hourly consulting rate. Comes out to ~$3.5K - $5K depending on the package I choose. My returns are simple - W2, planning to have 1 rental property and RSUs. No K1s/LLC etc/not married. As part of my research, I came across Range.com - which seems to have an all in one platform with real advisors throughout the year (minimum 1 yr commitment). If I'm paying a CPA for tax strategy+filing ~$4K and $5K ish for Range and have access to beyond tax planning/filing, Range seems like a great option.

So, has anyone heard of them or used/is using them? Would love to hear your thoughts!! Here is the package by pricing tier: https://www.range.com/pricing
