Are amazon homes the future?
I've recently stumbled upon Amazon's tiny 400 sq/ft houses. They sell for roughly $10k. Rent where I live averages around $1500 so low rent is in high demand. I could cash flow by renting these units for $900-$1000 each and recoup my investment within a year. My plan is to buy a couple acres of land for potential expansion. Can anyone give some pros and/or cons on this idea
