Hi, my name is Francis and I am a young investor based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I have access to little capital but I'm not sure where to start my real estate empire from, either investing in REIT stocks or wholesaling. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you and good night.
