Ohio HELOC investment property help!
Im having trouble finding a lender that wants to lend a HELOC on an investment duplex in Cincinnati. TD bank is doing my FL rental but wont do OH. 95% of them so far dont want to do investments or if they do, they want first lien position (Fifth third bank). Can anyone send me recommendations? Im not local to OH.
