I'm working on a ground-up new construction project with a total budget of $4M—$2M land acquisition and $2M build cost. Projected ROI is $2.5M based on market comps and conservative data based in Naples Florida.
As this is my first jumbo loan in this category, I’m exploring the smartest path forward—whether that’s a strategic lender relationship or an equity partner aligned with strong upside potential.
Curious to know some unbiased inputs on this.
